Capacity Building:
The institute, through its highly qualified staff, offers and organized a number of specialized and tailor- made training courses for engineers interested in open channels from MWRI, Arabic and African countries. The institute teamwork includes selected scientists and researches holding high educational degrees in various disciplines of science and extensive field experiences in fields of: -
- Open channel maintenance and lining design.
- Aquatic weed control, traditional and modern techniques.
- Artificial propagation of grass carp and biological weed management.
- Water quality analysis.
